NewsAuckland City Street Trading Policy has now been finalised. A copy of this policy can be found at Auckland City's Draft Liquor Licensing Policy was officially withdrawn by Council Officers on 8 October 2009. A new policy will be presented after more extensive consultation with licence holders throughout the region and is expected before the end of 2009. She was actively involved in both front and back of house in various restaurants, bars and hotels throughout Auckland. In 1995 she started work as a Liquor Licensing Consultant, eventually establishing her own business, Hospitality Licensing in 2001. Georgie specialises in all forms of liquor licensing. This includes the preparation and lodgement of licence applications, problem solving, negotiations with Police and District Licensing Agencies, and the preparation of briefs of evidence for hearings in front of the Liquor Licensing Authority.
